Health And Fitness Week

Health and fitness week: A week was observed as a health and fitness week wherein students learnt and focused on healthy diet and habits through varied activities conducted during the week (exercise, yoga, special assemblies focusing on healthy food habits and diet through skits etc., planning their diet and bringing in lunch health food items, making fruit and vegetable baskets with clay in reference to diet plans of identified countries).
